Texas Case Knifes Return Policy:
We hope you will be thrilled with your new knife. If there is some problem, know that we will do what we can with a few common sense conditions.
If the item was purchased directly from Hootens/Texas Case Knives.com or the Hootens/Texas Case Knives.com website, and if you are not satisfied with the original condition and/or performance of your purchased item,
you may return the item to us within 10 days of reciept. To qualify for a refund, you must obtain a RMA number. We will not accept returned merchandise without a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
Contact us on our Toll-Free number 1-888-473-8797 to receive a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and instructions.
To obtain the RMA number, please provide us with the order number, name, address, phone number, date of purchase, and reason for the return.
Returns must include the original invoice or packing slip with the RMA number written clearly on the original invoice and written clearly on the bottom left corner of returned package.
Returns received without authorization will not be processed for a refund and will be returned to sender.
Once you receive an RMA number, you may return unused items, in the original box or gift tin (Clear plastic wrapper with barcode label intact on gift tins) with all accessories, warranty cards,
owner's manuals, etc. within 10 days of delivery for a refund. ALL non-defective returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
Please return the item in a sturdy box, no envelopes of any type will be accepted.
Shipping for returned merchandise must be pre-paid by the customer and is not refundable.
Plese ship to us via UPS or USPS Priority Mail so that there is a tracking history.
We because we cannot assume liability for loss or damage of returned packages or goods during shipment,
we recommend you purchase insurance from your shipper.
Color variation of natural material either dyed or natural is not considered a defect. No refunds, exchanges on engraved items.
